Can the nest camera be hacked?

Can hacker gain access to my google home and can detect my all activities suppose activities are related to pet or anything. Can they gain access from my google home. What should I do?

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. If someone has access to your Nest/Google account, I am sure they could gain access that way. If your account isn't migrated over to Google Home, then you should have been required to add 2-step verification on your account. 

If you received any sort of email, or notifications about this, look for New Login to your Nest account or a verification code sent to the your email or phone that you didn't request. If you feel that your camera security has been breached, I would suggest changing your password.
