Cameras show up on home app & nest app but it still isn't connected to my account.

So I have a very strange issue. My nest cameras are connected and showing up no issues through my Nest App and Google Home app. But the devices are still not technically connected to my account.

For example. When I put my Pixel phone on the pixel charger one of the perks is supposed to be to be able to view your cameras while docked. When I go to add a device I choose my main account and it says there are no connected devices.

I have tried every which way to add and re-add the cameras with setting them up. Looked into all the various accounts. Confirmed that my main account is what is connected to the home app and the nest and my nest aware.

I have not been able to find if any one else has had this issue as well. Any insight or ideas are welcome.

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. It sounds like you have not migrated your account over from Nest possibly. That, or are you even logged into the correct account associated with your cams?

Best Regards,
Brad
