- When did the issue start?
- What specific model of Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbell do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your camera model.
- How far are the cameras and doorbell from the router?
- Are you getting any error messages?
- Can the cameras and doorbell find other Wi-Fi networks?
- Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest devices?
- What is the status LED light on your Nest devices?
