Caneras Offline

2 of my 6 nest cameras went offline. My doorbell camera went offline as well. My wifi is good. I tried restarting internet. I tried unplugging and replugging the cameras.

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What specific model of Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbell do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your camera model.
  • How far are the cameras and doorbell from the router?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • Can the cameras and doorbell find other Wi-Fi networks?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest devices?
  • What is the status LED light on your Nest devices?
