I used a camera on my previous address, but now that I moved, I cannot for the life of me connect on my new home Wi-Fi. Google home app doesn’t find the device and when I enter it manually, it doesn’t connect. The light that was supposed to be white or blue, is green. For what I read, it means that it’s because it’s still connected somehow, even after I removed the device from the previous home, and I even deleted the home from Google app. I don’t know what else I can do!!

Hello,
Have you tried changing your Wifi network name and password to be the same as the previous ones? This is the easiest way to reconnect your camera to Wifi. If you're not comfortable doing that, you'll need to remove the camera from the app and factory reset it manually before you'll be able to add it back to the app.
