Cannot get a routine to turn off multiple things

I've setup automations to run to turn off lights in the house and plugs that have on off. However, the automation will only turn off one of the 7 items on the list. I have another automation to turn on two of the items on the list and that one works just fine. Each of the items individually works and turns on and off, both in the app and by voice command.

• Reconnecting the relevant app to Google might be required.
• Are you using the Public Preview, Early Access or original Google Home app version?

If in your actions you are using the Device option then maybe the custom action (turn off lights in Lounge Room) could work better.

Or vice-versa.

I set up a routine using the Google home app using all the simple actions of device specific. I've found after trying it throughout the house that it's only turning off lights in the specific room and not the other rooms. Also, it's supposed to be turning off lights and outlets, but is touching the outlets.
