  1. What specific device are you trying to cast from? (e.g., a phone, tablet, computer, and what operating system/model).
  2. What specific Google casting device are you trying to cast to? (e.g., a Chromecast model, a Google Nest Hub, a Google TV, or a smart TV with Chromecast built-in).
  3. What app are you trying to cast from? (e.g., YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Google Photos).
  4. What exactly happens when you try to cast? Do you see the cast icon? Does it connect and then drop, or does it not connect at all? Do you see any error messages on your screen or in the app?
  5. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your casting device (Chromecast, TV, etc.), restarting your Wi-Fi router, or restarting the device you're casting from (phone/tablet/computer)?
