Can I cast a apple device to my google tv and if so how?

Quick answer is no, you cannot cast your iPhone's screen to a Chromecast.

Long answer is, you can cast specific apps, such as Plex, Netflix, YouTube, etc, as long as your in the same wifi network as the Chromecast.
