Não consigo configurar meu dispositivo do nada parou de funcionar qdo vou configurar aparece o G9P2 na minha TV  depois fala q não foi possível autenticar, alguém pode me ajudar

@Cunhanilton10, I'm sorry to hear you're going through this with your Chromecast. I understand it can be frustrating when your device isn't working as expected. Don't worry, help is here.

If you previously performed a factory reset, we’re happy to report that the Google Home app update has reached all users. Please make sure you’re on version 3.30.1.6 for Android and 3.30.106 for iOS to set up your  Chromecast (2nd gen) and Chromecast Audio. Check out this help center article if you need help updating the Google Home app.

If you’re still experiencing problems during setup, please reach out to customer support for further assistance.
