Hello, my Chromecast 3rd generation went all of the sudden offline. I followed all the trouble shooting found online, nothing worked. In the end I removed the device from the Google Home app. By trying to install it again, o the TV screen I get the code and on the smartphone I'm getting all the time the message: We couldn't authenticate your Chromecast. Please visit support.google.com/Chromecast for help troubleshooting this issue. Any ideas please? Thanks
