My Chromecast has never had any issues, until today, saying "unable to connect" factory reset the Chromecast, found it tried to connect again and just a constant message coming up "unable to authenticate Chromecast" have tried everything

I have this sàme issue my device shows chromecast 5363. Google could not authenticate my device.
Google should take immediate step to resolve this.

I'm in Australia and it started yesterday March 10th. I did a factory reset and as others have mentioned, it says it can't authenticate my Chromecast.

yep had exact same issue since yesterday, shame ive already factory reset it, im sure this is going to be a hassle, sucks as I use it everyday.

Same issue here in Mexico. I tried reseting it but it can't authenticate when trying to set it up again. Any solutions?

Faz uma semana que o meu não consegue autenticar. Acho que vou comprar o Roku Express.
