I have a chromecast device in 1 room. when being used on the primary mobile device, it pops up on a whole separate device with a different profile. I cannot find anywhere in any setting where removing the device from the profile is capable.

You don't have th "Remove device" button?
Maybe you're not signed in as the administrator account?
