Cierre de sesión en Nest Mini 2

Buenos días,

Tengo un Nest Mini 2 y cada día debo abrir sesión.

He probado reiniciar, eliminar y volver a instalar. Sigue igual, a las 24 hrs vuelve a pedir que inicie sesión en Google Home.

Sí alguien puede ayudarme.

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation you are experiencing with your Google Nest Mini (2nd gen), which is asking you to log in every day. I understand that you already tried some steps. But don't worry; help is here. In this case, here are some steps to solve this situation:

  • Reboot your Wi-Fi router; this can often resolve temporary connectivity problems. Unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in.
  • Update the Google Home app; ensure you have the latest version installed on your phone or tablet. Check the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS) for updates.
  • Delete the data and cache from the app.
  • Check your Wi-Fi connection on your phone/tablet; ensure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Nest Mini.
  • Move the Nest Mini closer to your router; if the signal is weak, it might cause connection problems.
  • Ensure you're using the correct Google Account; open the Google Home app, tap your profile picture or initials, and verify that the account shown is the one linked to your Nest Mini.
