I have 3 Cloud Intelligence (CI) plugs which work through the CI app.They have been attached for some time to the Google Home app and have worked just fine. Now, they can be turned on through the Google Home app, but not turned off. A verbal command has to be given to Google to turn them off. A verbal command also works to turn them on. The CI app works just fine. I tried disconnecting the CI app from the Google Home app and then reconnecting, but it did not work.
Are they no longer compatible?
