Compte nest thermostat E

Bonjour à tous,

Mon thermostat Nest E a été configuré, à l'époque, avec un compte Nest. Ce compte Nest a lui même été associé avec un adresse mail gmail (on va dire compte prime pour plus de facilité) crée à ce moment là. J utilise une adresse Gmail (on va dire compte ancien pour plus de facilité) depuis bien longtemps, malheureusement pas celle qui a été associée avec le compte Nest. Du coup, j aimerai rationaliser tout ça pour ne plus avoir deux adresses mails et deux maisons différentes. J aimerai que mon thermostat nest soit configuré avec mon adresse mail que j utilise en permanence et virer l adresse mail que j avais créée plus récemment. Je suis vraiment perdu, hier j ai essayé de virer mon  compte prime de la maison ; ça a été le chemin de croix pour récupérer mon thermostat, j ai du le reconfigurer à nouveau avec mon compte prime... aidez moi svp

I'm sorry for the late reply. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

I appreciate that you've tried some steps. We can remove your thermostat from the account that you would like to change without resetting it to default. Here's how:

1. Open the Nest app and sign in with the email account that you no longer want linked to your thermostat.
2. Once logged in, select the thermostat icon, then go to Settings > Remove Device.
   1. This will completely remove it from the Nest app.
3. Then go to that thermostat itself and go to its settings > reset > account connection > reset.
4. Reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network when it's ready.

After the steps above, logout and login using your preferred email address in the Nest app, then proceed to adding your thermostat. Check out this guide on how to set up your Nest thermostat.
