I have been reaching out to ADT customer service since September of last year about my back door camera issue and I am yet to get a new one. I had an issue with my system and reached out to them and the sent me the Hub with no label to send the old one back , now my account is in the rear of $300.00 . I have called and spoke with several different people and am yet to get the camera or label. They got the message that my camera was damaged during a storm and it’s in the reports . What do I do I can not get someone on the phone to help me. I know the calls are recorded so they see I have been calling what do I do?
