I have a parental lock on my account, but I didn't set anything like that. When trying to factory reset chromecast, it asked me for parental permission

Portuguese from Portugal

Waiting for years to have language portuguese from Portugal added to google nest.Lack of this feature makes the device not working properly. I'm currently using Portuguese from Brasil it does'nt help on some features.
