I cannot edit or create any routines for my google home devices. When I try to do so. I just get
500. That’s an error.
There was an error. Please try again later. That’s all we know.
with no way to go back. I have to force quit the app to continue. I observed this last night and this morning.

I was having the same problem and started unlinking some services I don't really use on Google Home.
When I removed Logi Circle (camera) I was able to open my routines edit page and the create routine page again.

Juni,
“works with Google” Logi Cams no longer “works with Google” we have all had to unlink Logi to be able to access our routines. Can you look into this issue please?

Same, cannot edit or create. Same 500 error. Big big problem. Whatever you did Google, CTRL+Z it… and fast

Same here. This problem has started recently.

Same here... The problem is only with the current Google account i use for my home with all my devices and routines. Can't edit existing routines or create new ones. If i change google account in google home app, the routines work, but recreating my home and routines will take days and I don't want to change google account and i pay for google one for the account used in google home.

I went through the long and painful journey of creating a new google account and set up 80% of my routines in a few hours yesterday, went to bed thinking I've resolved this. This morning I added another google device and. then noticed that my household routines are missing. Only personal routines can be seen. WTF is going on?
04-13-2023 01:06 AM
I found google household routines, they are now in personal assistant!

Still get the same 500 error if I go to that location . Good find though…

I also had Logi Circle cams. Just unlinked it, and now i can access routine again. Not great... Maybe Google try forcing us to boy the Nest cams 🙂

04-13-2023 04:29 AM
Unfortunately i don't have cam on my house..
04-13-2023 04:30 AM
You have any other services that you can unlink one by one to try?
04-13-2023 04:52 AM
wow i removed few services and i found an alarm (e-connect) that have a problem. Thanks to all!!!!
04-13-2023 05:43 AM
Ok, so I can also confirm. Removing logi cam service solves the problem. That's weird.
04-18-2023 12:32 AM
I think the issue is fully resolved now.
After a few days, I re-added the logi circle service with no issue now.
I can access my camera and my routines with no problem now.
