To verify, you’re trying to add your family members as a “Home Member”, right? At the same time gain access to the devices linked to your account and on your Google Home app? What Google Home/Nest devices do you have?
If that’s the case click this link to help you add them as home members. Take note, we prefer a gmail domain for them to be able to maximize the features.

Appreciate the reply. I also want to make sure if all your devices are on the same WiFi network or maybe on their mobile/cellular data? Kindly double-check. By the way, what Google Home/Nest devices are linked to your account that aren't showing up on your home members Google Home app?

I think the Nest devices under “devices linked to me” are not showing up on your home members Google Home app because it’s not set on a room. It may have been under unlinked devices. I need you to follow these steps: Open Home app>Settings>Rooms and groups>Choose a device and set it on a room of your choosing.

Is the treatlife light switch working manually or voice command? Also, per checking, when your device is under “devices linked to me” on your Home app, it’s either your phone and your treatlife smart light switch are currently not on the same WiFi network or it’s not linked to your account or not yet fully set up.
Could you send me a screenshot of the home page of your Google Home app. If possible, kindly include the ones at the bottom if a 2nd screenshot is needed.

When you go to that page then you select, let’s say, the family room dimmer switch, do you see the option to add to a room? While there, if you see a gear icon on the upper right corner, open it and tell me the options available.
