Devices listed multiple times

My grandson has managed to get his PC and Phone listed multiple times under devices. This makes it challenging to set a schedule for him so he will go to bed. When the schedule shuts off the wifi to his PC he manages to create a new event using the same display name as the one turned off but this event is not controlled by the schedule. This requires me to go in and pause individually each new devices. I am also unable to delete the old devices. I now have his PC listed over 40 times with the same name.
