Digital Wellbeing Filters and Downtime No compatible devices available

All the devices available in Google Home application including 2x Nest Hub and 2x Nest Hub speakers but the Filters and Downtime showing No Compatible devices available. 

Have kids at home and want to set downtime and filters specifically on Google Nest Hub

Seems like Filter feature not available for New Zealand device
