Door bell ring camera and Google nest camera

Hello I need help someone from ADT came out and hook my doorbell camera up in my Google nest camera outback in it said my camera is off-line. They told me to scan a book code, but I don’t know what the person did with it so I can’t do that to even reset the cameras or anything

The QR code needed to install your doorbell should be printed on the back of your doorbell, as well as the 6-character alphanumeric setup code that you can use instead (by selecting "Continue without scanning").
