Hi,
I recently installed the Google nest Doorbell. Door bell is working find until I setup the camera in my cell phone. As soon as the camera is turned on, the doorbell starts ringing every 30 seconds(approx). I installed new chime and transformer (16V-24v). Can anyone help me?

Google Nest says the most common reason for this is mis-wiring:

Is your Chime Connector wired as shown in the wiring diagram in this post?

Hi Tony67,
Don’t give up on us yet. Let’s further check this. The most common cause of constant rings during the installation is a faulty wire setup. A faulty wire setup usually happens with complex chimes that have 3 or more wires. Sometimes, these chimes are also connected to intercoms, gates that open and close, or other devices. Contact a local pro for help with advanced installation.
Thanks for your help, Archie.
Cheers,
JT

Hi there,
Checking back in — did you get a chance to contact a Nest Pro Technician? If so, how did it go?
