My doorbell keeps ringing when the camera is off and there is nobody at the door

aby suggestions and can someone direct me 

to what I need to do to contact a nest professional

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: do you have another Nest doorbell linked under your account? When did this issue begin? Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What steps have you taken so far? Which country are you located in?
