Hello I currently run Dropcam a for my place of business and two homes, and in the beginning of April this is supposedly all being dropped. What camera are we supposed to switch to, and am I now supposed to replace over 20 cameras at my expense because Google bought this platform? There must be some sort of turn-in policy where I submit the cameras you decided not to use for a discounted price on your new compatible cameras. Please advise promptly.

That did indeed happen. A Dropcam replacement offer went to customers whose Dropcams were active on a Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 8th 2023 offer, so the offer should have gone to the email attached to your Nest Aware subscription, assuming you had one at that time. In any case, to check if you're eligible, you'll need to contact the Google Nest support team directly.
