Hi everyone,
Using a TP link smart plug with a table fan. When I tell the Assistant on my Nest Audio to turn ON the fan, it replies and turns the fan on. Immediately, it will say "okay, turning the fan off" and turns the fan off. I then give the command to turn it ON and then it works.
This started happening in the last few weeks off and on. Oddly, it will work as it should the rest of the day and then the next day, we go through this ON/OFF/ON fun again.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. A few things: Do you have another fan or other automated devices linked to your Google Home app? If so, are they doing the same thing? What steps have you tried so far? Are you getting the same experience when you try the command on your phone's Google assistant?
Try to reboot your Nest Audio, fan and your WiFI router to refresh the devices and WiFi signal, then observe if this will make any difference.
