I have tried all of these options and it continues to connect without color change or dimming features.

This continues to be an issue.
My bulbs will not connect as color change smart bulbs. They had this functionality but now they do not

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the help, @Azarco and @Jake.
@TFOX48, we appreciate your patience and sorry for the delay. URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app is managed by the partner themselves. Concerns encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners are expected to support the integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.
Give these steps a try:
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Dan

To clarify:
The device links to the Home App but without the correct functionality.
The device operates correctly within the third party app.

The suggested iOS steps did not resolve the issue.

Hi TFOX48,
Thank you for trying.
Since you’ve tried the given steps, let’s now factory reset your Google Home/Nest device. It will revert your device back to its default and original settings, in which you need to set it back up. Click this link Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays.
Tell me how it goes.
Best,
Dan

I have seen the response and am a bit remiss that there is no better way to attempt to resolve the issues I’m encountering beyond a factory reset.
Using this product has been a let down and generally a poor experience overall.

I feel your frustrations.. All of a sudden G tells me that my lights DO NOT have that capability. This Happened once before and I changed the app., I bought feit lights from Costco and used that app to set it all up. 6 plus months go by and had to switch apps to smartlife i found out its the same company. We may have to switch apps again 😞

This problem started with my Google Home app yesterday when I switch my Google Mesh router from a Xfinity Modem to a ATT Fiber modem. When I went to change the color all the color options were gone from my Feit color bulbs which had been there and working for over a year.
10-21-2022 10:09 AM
The issue is only with the smart bulbs ; the smart strip lights from FIET still have the color option in Google Home.
10-21-2022 12:34 PM
The exact same thing happened to me yesterday after moving my Nest thermostat to a different network, which seems unnecessarily convoluted, too.
55 Feit lights, that have worked for over a year, are unable to change color. All other functionality remains, however. I too am on a Google Mesh system. Maybe I should go back to my D-Link tri-channel router?
10-21-2022 12:48 PM
I used the Google Assistant to change the bulb colors daily. I hate that it just quit working. I'll move back to the prior modem this weekend to give it a test and see if it comes back. I'll keep you posted.

This issue just happened to me with 16 Feit smart bulbs... very disappointing. Do I really have to factory reset my Google homes are rebuild everything from scratch? Does that even fix the issues? Already tried re-pairing to Feit app, re-connecting feit to Google, and just about everything else short of factory resetting Google home.

Please help us resolve this immediately.

Yeah, it seems like everyone is experiencing this too. I can’t change my feit light’s colors on the google home app. This problem only occured TODAY 10/21/22 and it seems like other people have this issue as well. My lights were wokring out fine with the app and my google home devices. It must be a bug.

I'm experiencing the same thing. 4 out of 7 smart bulbs no longer super color functionality with google as of yesterday. This came conspicuously after linking about a dozen new bulbs to test before giving as gifts. My theory was I added too many lights which somehow overloaded something, but I don't know.
I'm going to try deleting all lights and creating a new feit account from scratch and linking that to Google. I'll report back with findings.
I'd anyone finds a solution I'm all ears.

UPDATE 10/25/22: I checked the lights today and I can change the colors again. They fixed my issue
10-25-2022 10:16 AM
Did you do anything to correct it?
or did the functionality just return ?
10-25-2022 10:19 AM
It just return to function correctly. I'm not sure if my Google home home updated automatically or not, but it works now
10-22-2022 09:36 AM
Just started experiencing this issue yesterday. Google fix your Google home.
10-22-2022 10:10 AM
Found out via Reddit that it's not just feit bulbs experiencing this issue but a lot of bulbs under the same umbrella manufacturer, Tuya. apparently Google is aware of this issue and is working on a fix:

I am experiencing the same issue. My experience has been the same as many of others. Recently switched services to Fiber, so new modem/router. I have gone through all the troubleshooting as well as performing a factory resets on Google, Nest, and Feit devices. Feit color changing lights performed pretty well prior to the service migration, but beginning yesterday (10/21/22) these color changing lights does not have the color control option on Google Home nor Google Hubs. Would appreciate it if Google would investigate this ongoing issue and ultimately correct this issue in a timely manner.

Still no color. Now my google assistant speakers have randomly started requesting that I go to google home and login. No pattern. I have 8 one in each room; I ask a question and 1 will answer and another will say go to google home app and login. If I'm in another room, then the one that just said to go log in answers and a different one says to go log in. A week ago every device in my home was working properly 50+ devices. Please test before you release updates Google. Please run multiple tests before releasing updates.

I am experiencing the same thing. I still have no color and will periodically get a request to login through the google home app in response to a query. I haven't been able to ascertain a pattern to them; sometimes its the response I expect and other times its a login request. I tried re-downloading the home app; no apparent effect.
10-28-2022 06:51 PM
I just resolved my issue by clearing the storage and cache of my Google home app then unlinking and relinking my Feit account to Google home app. That resolved the color change issue. Although I have to move each lights to their proper rooms and places again.
10-29-2022 04:29 AM
I did that once already after it happened. I will try this again but not happy about unlinking feit again. 30+ devises to put in rooms
10-29-2022 04:52 AM
OMG that worked. Steps.
1. Clear Google home data.
2. Go back into home and this time unlink Feit from works with Google
3. Clear Google home data again.
4. Set up Google home.
5. But this time link Feit from works with Google and not the Feit app.
The add to a room comes up completely different.

How did you clear the Google home data ?
11-05-2022 07:25 AM
Hi TFOX48,
Thanks for the response. Are you using an Android phone or iOS? You can go to your phone's settings then go to the Apps section, then look for Google Home. From there you can delete the storage and data.
Let me know if you need anything else by updating this thread.
Thanks,
Juni

iOS
Didnt see your response. Apologies

Hi TFOX48
Thanks for the response. For iOS devices, when you uninstall the app that automatically deletes its cache and storage data. You can also contact Apple support for proper guidance.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Juni

Attempted the following steps and it did NOT resolve the issue:
Lights are added without color change functionality despite names like “Color Light 1”
