Hey there, hoping someone can help out with this situation. I love how google now allows one device to trigger another. In my case I thought it would be great for my floodlight to help trigger another light in my dark backyard. Essentially I had it set up as between sunset and sunrise, if my floodlight gets triggered by motion, it would also turn on my garage light. when the floodlight turns off, the garage light turns off. Great! that works!
Here is my problem - if I had my garage light on already and the floodlight is triggered, the garage light turns off. Id love it to stay on in this circumstance. I wonder if its possible!
Thanks in advance

The automation was a personal one made in the google home app, I also tried one in the browser where I used code. The lights in the garage can be successfully turned on in the google home app or with assistant.
