Generation 1 camera's missing form the nest app

Updated to an iPhone 16 now the Nest app does not show that I have any cameras. Because the Nest app does not show any camera's I can't even delete or reset to factory settings on my Gen 1 camera's. I have tried deleting the app and readding it. I have unplugged the camera's and restarted them. I have been reading forums which none so far cover this topic. All I did was go from an iPhone 13 to a 16 and now nothing shows on the Nest app. Is there someone that I can actually talk too?

All you should have to do is to install the Google Nest app on your new phone, log back into the app with the same username and password you were previously using on your old phone, and--if you have more than one Google Nest "home", select the "home" you were previously using.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
