Google home mini

I just got the google home mini nest and my account is linked to my Spotify, however each time I ask it to play, it just tells me "sorry something went wrong...". I opened my Spotify account to see if it was something on the apps permissions I had to configure but everything seems right. I'm not sure what to do bc I bought this product souly for music.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Are you getting the same error when trying to perform any other action?
  • Does the problem persist with another music service or only with Spotify?
  • What is the exact voice command you're using?
  • Have you tried restarting your Google Home Mini and your Wi-Fi router?
