Goldair devices not connecting

We have purchased two Goldair fans that are advertised as Google compatible. Have connected too the Goldair App and tried many times to then set up in Google Home.

The account links ok though never shows the window to share the devices. Have removed and tried again along with trying to link to Google Assistant App with same results. Any suggestions please.

I would suggest visiting our Google Assistant Forum and writing to them there as this is a question that they would be able to help answer.
