Google Chromcast Stuck on G logo with black screen

While i was watching a moive, my google chromcast started to freeze and it restarted itseld then stuck on G logo and black screen. i've tried everything about unplug and inplug, the method about holding the small button on the back of chromecast but it just doesn't work. anybody got this problem?and is there a fix of it?

Thanks for reaching out. What Chromecast device are we working with? Try the steps below and observe if it will make a difference. If the steps didn't work, please let us know.

1. Reboot your Wi-Fi router and plug in the Chromecast on a different HDMI port of your TV.
2. Plugging it on a different TV screen if one is available, then reset it again.
3. Unplugging it for 24 hours might also help.
