Google Feit lights

I’m my google home how do I fix my lights? It keeps saying offline. I unlinked the devices and reconnected them but they still say off line. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Hey Aerialncayla,

 

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should, let’s check this out. 

 

A few questions: when did it start happening? Were there any recent changes or updates on your network? Also, if you're controlling it via voice, are you getting any message?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home and Feit app.
  • Reboot your speaker, router and lights to refresh the connection.
  • If the issue persists, give resetting your speakers a try.
