Google Home App stopped working with Legrand Lighting

Google Home App light routines I’ve set up stopped working with Legrand Lighting.  It’s been working for over a year and it just stopped working 4 days ago. I’ve set up certain lights to turn on or off at certain times but now the routine stopped happening.  Not sure if there’s an update needed for Legrand since the Google Home App just had an update.  All other routines and devices I have on the Google Home app (Thermostat, TV, humidifier, plug devices are all still working properly).

My Google Home app is not communicating with Legrand. If I turn the light on or off using the Legrand Light Control app, it works but if I use the Google Home App to turn the light on or off, it does not turn on or off.  It’s like Google Home App stopped controlling Legrand. Therefore, the routines also stopped working.  The Google Home App will say the light is “on” but my actual light and the Legrand Light Control app is still “off.”

Fixed by calling Legrand. Tech support said my system might have gotten kicked out of the cloud server.

If L2 on the back LC7001 (hub) is flashing orange/Amber, go to the Legrand Light Control App then click:

-> Settings

-> Remote Access Info

-> Sign Lighting Controller Out of Legrand Cloud.

Then click Sign in Legrand Cloud and sign into your Elliot by Legrand account

Once signed in, the L2 light will flash from orange/Amber to green after 30 seconds. Once green, after about a minute, I was able to control my lights again using the Google Home App.
