I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: which Nest speaker? If you have multiple Nest speakers, is it happening to all of them? Have you tried playing music using YouTube music to isolate the issue?
You can reboot your Nest speaker to refresh your device and see if it will make a difference, then let us know by updating this thread.
