Our house is controlled by Google Home. We have 1 Google Hub Max, 2 Google first gen Google Displays, and 2 google home minis. Like my kids, anytime we ask it to do anything it says there was a glitch and try again in a few. I’ve unplugged them and plugged them back in, factory reset them, and unplugged the Spectrum provided modem and router. We can control our light with our phones but sometimes we have to get off our WiFi for the lights to turn on or off. everything on timers/schedules still work. Thoughts?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry for this experience.
Please try to unplug your WiFi router and your Google Home and Nest devices, then wait for five minutes before plugging them back in. If the issue persists, changing the Assistant language might help like from English US to English CA.
