Hello! Thanks in advance. Google assistant used to work like a charm with my Dyson purifier. But now they won't connect.
I've tried adding the Dyson fan from my Google Home account, and it says "Account linked Successfully" but then doesn't show up as a device.
I've tried to connect the Dyson fan from my Dyson app where it says "Set up a device for google home", It says "Account linked Successfully" but then doesn't show up in the google home app.
After that, when I go to the Google Home App settings page, and click "Works with Google", it shows me a list of every account I have connected, August, Hue, Govee, Lifx, Sonos, TP-Link Kasa, but does not show Dyson.
I have Auto-Update software turned on for the Dyson, so it should be on the newest software.
This has been a real pain. If there is any information out there on how to remedy this I would be so grateful!

I had the same problem, hopefully this helps for you! But since this is a year ago….
I found out the fan was linked to a different my Dyson account (account a), and in Google home, I was authorizing a different account (account B)- which had no device tied to it thus no device in home.
apparently I had accidentally made an additional account B that was a typo from the name of account A. Made sure the right account was re-authorized and it works now!
