Sorry ya'll. I have to vent my frustration first.
9 months ago, my family and I purchased a new build home in in Texas. The builder has a contract with ADT and for "FREE" they got us ADT panel, 1 Google Nest Camera and 1 Nest Doorbell. I only wanted those products because they were "FREE" and nothing else. I wanted to have everything else, including more outdoor cameras, door and windows sensors, etc through Ring. I have 4 cameras from for years and they work amazingly well. The sales guy was able to convince my husband to spend over $3K in Google Nest products which included: 1 more camera, 18 windows and 3 doors sensors 3 glass breaking sensors, 1 indoor corner sensor and 1 display for "FREE". An insane amount of money. Anyways... All 3 cameras, including door bell suck. They lag so badly that if someone rings the bell, by the time I am able to look at the life feed on my phone, the person is gone. No joke, this happens on all 3 cameras. It can lag anything from 30 seconds to almost 2 minutes. I have removed and reinstalled the app and the cameras with no success several times. ADT only gives you 3 DAYS if you want to return your purchase. 3 DAYS!!!!!! Well, so here I am living with this frustration for months. I decided to call ADT yesterday and there is nothing they can do, they say. They can cancel the services, but I have to pay almost $1,800 in penalties and I still have to finish paying for the devices, which we chose not to pay all at once. Devastating huh? To keep products that are not working properly. Contacted Nest customer service yesterday but all she had me do was what I had already done, with the only difference being, she reset the cameras on her end.
The solution: I had a friend of mine from Brazil on camera with me and I wash sharing my screen with him as we are both trying everything possible to solve this problem. He came up with the idea of me purchasing a Google Nest Wifi Pro and try to only connect the cameras and see if it could make it better since they were the same brand. Having nothing to lose, since ordering from Amazon, I can return if it does not work, I ordered and received them last night. I ordered 2. My home is just about 2300sf and even though Google Nest claims that each covers 2200sf, I read many reviews saying that people with much smaller homes needed 2. Coverage is not great. Installation was very simple, for my surprise, through Google Home app. And surprise surprise, it worked!!!!!! The cameras are working very well, no lags, no flickering. amazing images. Even when I want to look at a clip from history, it works just as it should. Before, lagging, the video sometimes would not play, or stop at some point. I am baffled and disappointed at the same time that I had to buy a different device, just to make them work. I still have all my other devices on my TP- link mesh router and everything works so amazing, including my other 4 cameras from ring. We have about 60 smart devices in the home including plugs, ceiling fans, etc. I am using my phone and computer with Google Wifi Pro and I have to say, it is working pretty good. Do I suggest someone buying this router if they are not running into problems with other Google Nest devices? HELL NO! I will NEVER buy any other Google Nest products and really do not recommend them to anyone. I just joined this community and I can not believe the amount of people complaining about the same issues, for years, with no resolution. And their poor customer services people, making $10/hour, if that, have no idea what they are talking about when trying to help us. So I hope this helps some people going through the same issue.
NOTE: Forgot to mention, that in order to install and make changes, to the settings in Google Home, for the routers, your phone must be in the same network, which will be whatever you call your new Google Wifi Pro net work.
You can use a splitter from your modem to the 2 different routers in use, or, what I did was, from my tp link main router, I linked the Google Wifi Pro router.
I hope I made sense, english is my second language but I thought this was important to share.
Good luck Ya'll.

I forgot to mention one problem I am hitting now. When someone rings the doorbell, it no longer shows the live feed on my Google Nest display. Before it would lag, of course for a bit but then show. It now says camera feed is not available. I will see if I can find a solution to that.
