Hello all,
I am currently unable to access the feeds from my camera after my xfinity gateway was installed. Our wifi name was changed and the cameras were set up on the "old" wifi name. Ive tried all of the options for resetting the cameras up via the scan the qr code method. Ive factory reset and tried setting them up from there as well. I also can not seem to get my xfinity wifi to display the same way it did when the cameras were originally set up. Thus they are now just paperweights.
When trying to set the cameras up from factory reset, the process would just terminate while showing the shapes moving back and forth and say that the camera can not be set up please try at a later time.
