Just got the next wifi with 1 point.
The one point will not connect and I am stuck in a loop. I called Google text support and he said "oh, ya that's needs to be returned for a new one"
The error I get :
Nest Wifi point found. It needs to be activated before setup.
How do I return this directly with google for a replacemnt?

Since you already contacted our support team, did they send you an email about replacement? By the way, have you tried setting up your Google Nest Wifi using a different phone? If possible, could you provide us your support ID so that we can follow-up your case with our team?
