Google Speaker Mini alerts

Anyone know how to make the google home mini speakers to sound alerts like the AMBER ALERT or important news stories?

For example ANNOUNCE when there is an AMBER ALERT. LOL I know I know but have it on a schedule to NOT play when people are sleeping.

Anyone know how to do that please?
