I had a Google TV Streamer as thread border router in my (home assistant) smart home, and it was working just fine.
Recently I switched the border router for a ZBT-2, and no matter what I do (pun intended) the TV Streamer can't join the new Thread Network.
I googled, geminied, factory-resetted, wiped out google services and hired an exorcist to no avail. The **bleep** streamer seems stuck with the old thread network and have no intentions to join the new one.
Is there a way, or some hard-to-find setting somewhere to ask the TV streamer to join an existing thread network instead of creating its own?
Thanks in advance
ps, the exorcist was a joke, but I did try all the rest and more

Having a similar issue trying to get the Google TV streamer 4K to connect to our existing thread network. Our existing network is being run by Ikea's Dirigera hub.
Restarted and reset both sides, streamer still creates its own network. Had to turn the router setting off on the streamer because when setting up new matter devices it's tries connect to the wrong network
