Google Wi-Fi Point

Whenever I try to connect one of my Google Wi-Fi points it says there was an error and I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?

Sorry for the connection issues you're having with your setup. I know how frustrating that can be. Let's look at your issue and get it sorted out. To figure this out, I have a handful of questions.

  • Is there a specific device you're trying to connect, or do all devices fail to connect to the point?
  • Has this point been successfully set up?
  • Was the point working before and stop working?
  • Is the point actually providing a network signal but only reading as offline in the app?
  • Do you see any status lights on the WiFi point? If so, what color do you see?

If there's any more information you can share, it would be helpful. I look forward to hearing back.
