There is a device from Xiaomi (there are several of them), I managed to easily add them all to Mi Home, but when in Google Home I go to the “Home Automation” section in the search, looking for Mi Home, it switches to entering Xiaomi account data, and the error “no devices were found” appears. in your mi home account..."

Hello, my problem has been solved. The thing was that the devices I bought were from different regions. I have a fan from the Chinese, a vacuum cleaner, etc., and they were not added to Google Home, but when I bought an air humidifier and first added it to Mi Home, then to Google home, the devices already appeared.

Hi Sufiyanov11,

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. What are the devices you are trying to add from the Mi Home app to the Google Home app? Is this the first time you will link your Mi Home account to Google Home? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, is your phone connected to the same WiFi band as your Mi Home devices?

Try doing these steps:

  • Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove Mi Home app’s access.
  • Clear app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and Mi Home app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
  • Force close and reopen the Google Home app, then link Mi Home again.

If that didn’t work, try to use a different phone and let us know how it goes.

Warmly,
Alex

Hello, there is a single Wi-Fi network and Google home and Mi home , I cleared the cache in two applications, but the error still appears. I have attached screenshots. As you suggested, Google also severed the connection with Mi home account.

Hello Sufiyanov11,

I see. Try to log out from the Mi Home app > Uninstall and reinstall both the Google Home app and Mi Home app > Log in to the Google Home app and link Mi Home again. If the issue persists, create a new Home in the Google Home app > Link Mi Home.

Kind regards,
Alex

Hello, unfortunately nothing helped either. I deleted and created a new account in Mi home, and also recreated the house in Google home. The error is repeated.

Same issue plz help me

What happened to the fan and the vacuum? Did they pair automatically when you added the third product?

They didn’t connect automatically, but I was able to connect them myself and add them to Google Home

Hello,

How did you do that?
