Hi, I cannot connect my Google doorbell (battery) to my new Telstra smart modem gen 3. I have tried absolutely every trouble shooting step I can find. I also cannot connect my cameras, so I know the issue is the modem. Every other device (both Google and not Google) that I own connected to the new wifi. What can I do? I’m sure the answer lies with the modem blocking the connection but I can’t find why! Any help? Yes I have the network split to a 2.4 (I’ve tried the 5 and the combined too) and I’ve rest everything several times (phone, modem, doorbell and cameras!)

Hi Sf3,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble connecting your Nest Battery Doorbell to your new Wi-Fi. I understand how frustrating this can be. I appreciate all the effort put into this situation. I'm here to help.
Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:
How far have you gotten in pairing your Nest Battery Doorbell?
What’s the color of the LED status light?
How far is your Nest Battery Doorbell from the router?
Can you connect to the internet with other devices?
Are there any other devices that experience troubles with the Wi-Fi?"
Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near your Nest Battery Doorbell that you want to pair?
Please keep me posted. I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Byron
