Hi there. So I have my doorbell set up and if keeps going offline. I ended up resetting and connecting but now it’s back offline and I don’t know how to turn it on? The wifi connection is right next to the front door and it is not a connection issue.

Refer to the "Your camera or doorbell keeps disconnecting and you get a lot of offline notifications" section. Let us know how you get on!

I also have the same problem. Continually having to reset and going offline for no apparent reason. So frustrated
