I have a hello gen 1 doorbell for the back entrance and a gen 2 wired doorbell fot the front entrance. Home has one chime only and the transformer is rated 16vac/30 VA. The chime connector for the hello is quite different from the chime connector for the wired gen2. Can someone upload a diagram how I can wire both doorbells to the chime box with the two connectors? Are two chime connectors necessary or can I just use a single chime connector only? Fyi, I’m using the connector for the gen2 currently and it’s connected to the transformer and and front. Both front and rear doorbell works well but I hear an audible hum from the chime box. Thanks in advanced.

Hi AnthonyLeung80,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Each doorbell has its own voltage requirement. It could be the reason why you are experiencing a hum. You can refer to this link to get more details. Hope this helps.
