Hello, i need your help. Few days ago i bought chromecast 4 fhd and i launched it. When i was setting up first steps there problem started. After i connected it to my home wifi i had to finish setup by mobile app google home. Even if i linked my chromecast and mobile app up in the first steps, i was unable to finish it because it was not connected together. I am on same wifi and it shows problem that the device is disconnected. Does any one has same problem or knows how to deal with it? Thanks.

That suggests your phone wasn't able to communicate with your Chromecast properly. Try these steps:

Thanks for advice. Just a little. I finished set up on my mobile finally (there was problem because of mobile data and wifi reconnecting). But still i can not connect to my chromecast tv over my mobile. I tried everything from your link. Do you have other solution on this problem? Thanks.

Hey Dominicus,
Thanks for trying. Just an added questions: how far is your Chromecast with Google TV (HD) from the router? Do you have a dual-band router? Have you tried using a different phone/tablet?
Please make sure that the mobile data on your phone is disabled to make sure that your phone will not switch networks from mobile data to WiFi.
