Hello everyone, I come straight to the point, I don't know how, but google home manages to close the shutters, manage the bulbs correctly but absolutely cannot, as the title suggests, OPEN the shutters ..
I have tried to change idiom as enable or disable but it says this feature has not been configured
I read around that it was the fault of the name consisting of 3 words but mine only have 2 names, kitchen shutter, living room shutter etc.
Even from the home app, to make them open I have to press the single button that shows me twice for each roller shutter, there are no 2 buttons one up and one down as in the "smart life" app ..
The switches are these:

Thanks a lot to everyone in advance

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
