Slow action reaction when turning light on or off (via home app or assistant) (software bugs)

Very frustrating issue !!!

Description of the problem:
When I ask my assistant to turn on a light, it will respond that it will turn on the light. And then it will take another 7 seconds before the light actually goes on.

OR

When I click "Turn on" for a certain light, in the Google Home app, it  will take another 7 seconds before the light actually goes on.

What I expect to happen:
It's fairly simple: I expect the corresponding light to go on when I ask for it to go on. By asking the assistant on the Google Nest, or using the controls in the app!Very frustrating issue!
It's not the first time I've encountered this issue. It feels like the software is full of bugs, and I feel sorry for buying it.

What I've tried:
# I've already tried to reboot / factory reset my Google nest multiple times.

# I've tried factory resetting the hub and re-installing every light and configuration. Wit this the issue stays away for a few days, and then it's back again...

# When I use other apps to control the same lights (eg: Ikea Home Smart, Apple Homekit, TradfriLux, or any other zigbee/hub controllable app) it always works, works instantly, without any glitch.

What I assume:
# Since it also occurs when using the app, I strongly believe it is another software glitch (or multiple)! I've found others on fora by Google and on Reddit that are experiencing the same issues.

I do not know where to turn.
What can I do? How is this fixable? When is this fixable?
