Google home nest

my Google nest home mini says it’s on max volume and says that it’s playing music when I ask it to but I can’t hear anything on it. I’ve tried to do the factory reset and all troubleshoot things but it’s still not working.

  • Do your Nest Mini's LED lights show up when you say 'Ok Google'?
  • Is your Nest Mini currently part of a speaker group?
